People came from all over to attend Jeff and Emily’s wedding. This was the joining of two great families – one just a bit bigger than the other – which made for an amazing celebration. It was a real joy to do their wedding photography!
The best way to describe the weather on the day of the wedding is to say it was forboding. It was threatening to rain all day. It never really came down too hard but it was like the great sprinkler in the sky kept spitting but never doused us. Fortunately, Jeff & Emily were incredibly relaxed and easy going. We made the best of the weather and everyone kept in great spirits! The ceremony was beautiful and tied in some of Jeff’s family’s traditions (see below).
Upon nightfall, we took the couple on a walk around preservation park where their reception was about to begin and captured some surreal evening shots. What a wonderful couple – fun, intellegent, and kind! Thank you for having us join you at your big day!
Here are a couple shots from the day. Many more to come.
